Shipping policy

I can ship to virtually any address in the world. I ship with "Deutsche Post". In general, the estimated delivery times are: Germany within 5 working days, Europe within 10 working days and the rest of the world within 17 working days. Under no condition will "Salatun Jamilatun" be obligated to deliver in accordance with the delivery date estimates stated here or in the order confirmation e-mail.

Shipping Prices for one Salah-Cover/ plus Skirt

Germany: 3,70 Euro
Europe: 7,50 Euro
World: 13,50 Euro

If your order contains more than one, I will let you know via e-mail about the cost.
If a delivery can't be made I will notify you.
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from "Salatun Jamilatun" passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The salah-covers and skirts come all in the same size.
I was trying my standart size on different women between 1,65m and 1,80m hight (more or less all slim) and mashallah it was fitting all of them. If it is to loose around the head you can sew it with a few stiches more tight. I will send some sewing thread along.

You can choose between the following motives:

-Allah-stitchery small chest hight
-Allah-sequined medium hand hight
-Stars
-Floral-Design

Since I sew all the salah-clothing myself it is no problem to manufacture special sizes or special stitchery-wishes. Please contact me.

If you choose standart size you can choose motive and color as you like and can return it within 14 days, without giving any reason. But please understand that for custom made salah-clothing the right of return is only provided, if the clothing is defect.

After receiving your E-Mail I will send you the bank details. If I have the items already made I will send it to you immediately after receiving the money. If I still have to sew it, I try to sew it within two weeks after receiving the money and than send it to you. If it will take longer, I will notify you.

Return Policy

You may return items that are unworn and in original within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

The shipping costs for sending the items back to me are refundable only inside Germany. In any other countries the shipping costs for sending the items back to me are not refundable. Only in the case that the return is a result of our error I will pay for the return shipping costs, of course.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Payment costs for the shipping are not refundable.

Please allow 2-6 weeks for your refund to be received, processed and appear on your bank account. I will not be liable for late payment, also meaning payment later than the expected 2-6 weeks.

Exchange for another item

If you choose to exchange the return item for another item, you will not be charged new post & payment costs for the shipment of the item you want to receive in exchange. The difference in price for the first order and the exchange order will be refunded or charged.
